Montenegrin Association of Craft, Small and Medium Enterprises (MACMSE) has been established in 2006 as voluntary, non-governmental, non-political, non-profit and independent association of employers in sectors of craft, micro and small enterprises.
Association protects, promotes and strives for rights and interests of employers of MACSME at national and international level in all areas that are of importance for their work and development, and in particular in the following areas:
- definition and development of business conditions,
- relationship with state bodies and trade unions,
- labour and social and corporate legislation,
- social dialogue and collective bargaining,
- other areas that are of importance for economic and social position of employers of MACSME and other areas that are of importance for economic and social position of employers of MACSME and their position and interests at national and international level.
Definition, action and Statute of the Association are based at principles of presentation and democratic presentation of will of its members.
Association presents ideas of freedom of entrepreneurship and social justice in its actions.
Association through the collective membership in Montenegrin Employers Federation is the important social partner and counterbalance to Associations of workers in sectors of craft, micro, small and medium enterprises.
Regarding relation with Trade Unions and other Associations of workers in sectors of craft, micro, small and medium enterprises, MACSME is working on realization of permanent and stable good relations, based at mutual respect of interests and observation of laws.
Association works on establishment and maintaining of social peace, in as a permanent supposition for stable business conditions, and in case of collective labour disputes, in particular strike and exclusion from work, it enables solidarity and mutual help to MACSME members.
MACSME has been established as a branch association within MEF, and in line with that, as it is defined by MACSME Statute, MEF and its professional office(s) provide(s) support and help to MACSME.
MACSME has become member of UEAPME in March 2007, and as thus is the only UEAPME member from Montenegro. |
