Customs Administration and MEF have signed Protocol of Cooperation

Miodrag Radusinovic, Customs Administration (CA) Director and Predrag Mitrovic , Montenegrin Employers Federation (MEF) President, have signed the Protocol of Cooperation between CA and MEF.
In accordance with the tasks and position of AC, respecting the MEF initiative, the Protocol has been signed with the aim to establishing and developing mutual cooperation which will rely on the exchange of experiences and information between AC and MEF, and with the interest of creating favorable environment for gaining and implementing the concept of partnership of private and public sector.
With the objective of realizing the Protocol, Coordinating body is to be established, which will consist of three representatives of AC and three MEF representatives. Future work of this body will be related to the promotion of AC business modernization and promotion of equality between all participants which perform export and import, exchange of information which is important for suppressing corruption and conflicts of interest among performing customs works, as well as exchange of experiences and information between AC and MEF, with the aim of educating custom obligors (seminars, courses, workshops, etc.)
Based on the Protocol, employers-MEF members will have the opportunity to learn about regulations concerning customs work, which will relieve their development and the development of the whole entrepreneurship as well as the competency of Montenegrin economy.
With the aim of the successful goal achievement of AC and MEF, the signed document will enable regulations of the Protocol to be included within drafting and realizing their own plans of work and program activities.
Led by the importance of the future cooperation as well as by understanding between custom obligors and custom organs, Montenegrin public will be regularly informed on the AC and ME future activities.
